Game Play: Choose a food and determine which category to place it in; Vegetables, Milk, Oils, Grains, Fruits, or Meat/Beans. Keep an eye out for your favorite foods!
Game Assembly: This game requires two file folders glued back to back so that you have room for three gameboards. Mount your categories to the board so that you create a pocket (see photo). Cut out food items for playing pieces. Mount title page and label to the file folder.
Expansion Ideas: Encourage children to track the foods they eat for one week. Check the results together to see if there are areas they could use more or less of something.
