What, Where, When & Whoooooo?
This is a game for children who are reading basic
words, and who are ready to begin classifying
them.  This game is a great precursor to learning
about nouns and verbs as it helps children to
begin distinguishing types of words.  Children
read the words on the owls and the decide if it is
a "What" a "Where" a "When" or a "Who". You

together and how to play in our

Owl Time File Folder Game
This is a game for children who are working on
learning to tell time.  The owls heads are
fastened with brads so that they can turn upside
down.  The clocks in this game are by the 5
minute mark, with nothing over 45 minutes.
Children read the time on the clock, state their
answer (or write it down) then turn the owls head
upside down to reveal the analog time.

By David C. Cook

Whether you want to enrich a class on Sunday morning or add riotous Bible fun to an after school or evening program, folder games may be just what you need. All you need to create the folder games are file folders, glue, scissors, and other common household items.
